Our recruitment process structure can vary depending on the position, however, we have a general framework that usually has up to 5 stages for the candidate.
Screening Stage: You make your application.
People & Culture Interview: Interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist, to understand
your background, needs, ambition and mutual expectations.Tech Challenge/Business Case: Personalized challenge according to the role you are
applying for. This stage might not be in all the recruitment processes.Technical Interview: Interview with the Position’s Hiring Manager, to analyze and discuss your experience and technical skills for the role.
Final Interview: Interview with Aptoide’s CEO or COO. This stage might not be in all the
recruitment processes. -
We usually go from 1 to 2 weeks to give you an answer. If we are already conducting a round of recruitment or taking a bit longer to screen all the candidates, we can send you a message informing you about it. However, even if it turns out to be a negative answer, we always give you feedback.
